Agreement to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AlphaCore Holdings LLC website, including its contact forms, consultation booking tools, content, and related features (collectively, the “Website”). In these Terms, “AlphaCore Holdings LLC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AlphaCore Holdings LLC, and “you” refers to any visitor or user of the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Website.
Website purpose
The Website provides general information about our bookkeeping-related services and allows prospective clients to request or schedule a consultation. Website content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not accounting, tax, legal, investment, payroll, or other professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.
Your use of the Website, submission of a form, or participation in an introductory consultation does not create an accountant-client, bookkeeper-client, fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship. A professional relationship begins only after both parties sign a separate written engagement agreement. That agreement will control if it conflicts with these Terms regarding paid services.
Consultation requests and communications
To request or book a consultation, you may be asked to provide your name, telephone number, email address, company name, preferred appointment time, and information you choose to include in a message. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
By submitting a booking or contact form, you authorize us and our scheduling or communications providers to contact you about your inquiry or appointment by email or telephone. If you opt in to text messages while completing the free bookkeeping consultation form, we may send consultation confirmation and reminder texts as described below. You may cancel or reschedule using the instructions in your booking confirmation or by contacting us through the Website. We may decline, cancel, or reschedule a consultation when reasonably necessary.
Do not submit sensitive financial information through a general booking or contact form. This includes Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, bank or credit card credentials, payroll files, tax returns, or copies of identity documents. If we need sensitive information after you become a client, we will identify an appropriate method for providing it.
SMS Terms of Service
Program description. AlphaCore Holdings LLC’s SMS program sends transactional consultation confirmation and reminder text messages to people who request a free bookkeeping consultation. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program. Messages may be sent using an automated system.
How you opt in. You opt in by completing and submitting the free bookkeeping consultation form and providing your mobile telephone number. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the account holder or an authorized user of the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on the timing and status of your consultation. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging plan.
Opting out and getting help. Text STOP or reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you text STOP, you may receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Text HELP or reply HELP for help, or call (860) 560-1965. You may also revoke consent at any time by contacting us at that number.
Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
For details about how mobile information and SMS consent are handled, review our Privacy Policy.
No guarantee of engagement or results
A consultation request is not an offer or acceptance of professional services, and we are not required to accept any engagement. Any description of services, outcomes, timelines, pricing, or client experiences on the Website is illustrative and does not guarantee a particular result.
You remain responsible for business decisions, filings, payments, record retention, deadlines, and compliance obligations unless a signed engagement agreement expressly assigns a particular responsibility to us.
Acceptable use
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation or security; attempt to gain unauthorized access; introduce malware or harmful code; scrape, harvest, or collect information through automated means without permission; impersonate another person; submit false or misleading information; infringe another person’s rights; or use the Website to send spam or unlawful material.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or when necessary to protect the Website, our business, or other users.
Intellectual property
The Website and its original content, branding, graphics, layout, and other materials are owned by or licensed to AlphaCore Holdings LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for your personal or internal business evaluation of our services.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, license, or commercially exploit Website materials without our prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
Third-party services and links
The Website may rely on or link to third-party services, including a calendar or scheduling provider, website host, email provider, analytics provider, or video-meeting platform. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.
A link does not imply our endorsement. You should review the applicable third-party terms and privacy notices before using those services.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all express and implied warranties relating to the Website, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.
We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from harmful components, or suitable for your needs. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaCore Holdings LLC and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Website.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising solely from the Website will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid, if any, specifically to use the Website during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law. Liability relating to separately engaged professional services is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AlphaCore Holdings LLC and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where AlphaCore Holdings LLC maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving that location, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us through the Website and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to the Website or these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We may also revise these Terms. The “Effective” date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Changes take effect when posted unless a later date is stated.
Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, stop using the Website.
General provisions and contact
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us concerning use of the Website.
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the contact or consultation form on the AlphaCore Holdings LLC website.
